Luxury Design for Waterfront, Historic and High-Rise Homes

St. Petersburg offers an unusually rich mix of architecture. Historic Old Northeast and Crescent Heights include character-filled homes that reward thoughtful editing. Snell Isle, Brightwaters, Shore Acres and Venetian Isles bring waterfront views and indoor-outdoor priorities. Downtown residences and high-rise condominiums require an equally careful response to light, scale, sightlines and the surrounding city or bay.

We do not force one signature look onto every property. In a historic home, the design may preserve charm while improving flow and everyday function. In a waterfront or high-rise residence, the palette and furnishings can support the view rather than compete with it. Each decision begins with the architecture and the way you want to live.

Original Interior Design Work in St. Petersburg

Our St. Petersburg portfolio includes the AB Residence, a serene waterfront high-rise shaped around expansive views, and the AT Residence, a colorful, layered home in Crescent Heights. Together, they show the range of our work: quiet and architectural when the setting calls for restraint, expressive and collected when the client wants more energy.

Every project is shaped around its owners rather than copied from a predetermined style. That flexibility matters in St. Pete, where historic bungalows, waterfront estates and modern condominiums each ask for a different design response.

Our St. Petersburg Interior Design Process

1. Begin with an in-home consultation

Your project begins with a $199 in-home design consultation. We walk through the property, discuss your goals, identify the most important opportunities and determine whether full-service design is the right fit.

2. Establish the vision and investment

We clarify scope, priorities and the overall project investment before developing the design. Full-service residential projects begin at an $80,000 project investment, allowing the architecture, furnishings and finishing details to be considered as one complete experience.

3. Design the complete story

Our team develops the spatial direction, palette, selections and presentation so you can understand how the home will come together before major purchasing decisions are made.

4. Coordinate procurement and final styling

For full-service furnishing projects, we coordinate approved selections, purchasing and installation styling to complete the design with intention.
